dear dapendra, for English to English dictionary, a few apps are available: firstly, app name dictionary it is very accessible contains Pakistan flag. secondly, dictionary.com which is also accessible and has larger content. thirdly, wordweb which has plenty of data a bit larger size upto 50 MB.
