I second this suggestion. Blindsquare will tell you what is around you. Google Maps will give you turn-by-turn directions. Sometimes, the foresquare database is outdated so look at using the "where to" app to search Google's database of points and then invoke both blindsquare and Google maps.

Dear friends, I recently Bought a Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime. The features offered by the phone are quite accessible with the support of a screen reader, except for one major drawback that the phone has no screen reader support for receiving calls, and i had to try some other apps for replacing
