I second this suggestion. Blindsquare will tell you what is around you. Google
Maps will give you turn-by-turn directions. Sometimes, the foresquare database
is outdated so look at using the "where to" app to search Google's database of
points and then invoke both blindsquare and Google maps.
Try the combination of google maps, around me and blind square gps.
