Is there a noticeable delay between the switching of text to speech
engines or is the flow unbroken?
I am not too interested in this application due to my text to speech
engine choice which performs automatic language switching by default.

because whatever delay one is getting, is absolutely on the account of
google tts.

The app is doing its job here in Moto E 1st gen phone. Those who are facing
problems may contact the developer as the app is still in its beta stage. One
more thing to be taken care of is to use different tts for different languages,
e.g. eloquence for english and vocaliser for Hindi.
