OK, my suggestion is, use headphones when using IVR. If you are using
apps like DW Dialer or something, then while switching key pad would
open its inbuilt app for calling which is single touch. My experience

Secondly, the keypad becomes single touch, so most of the time a wrong
key gets pressed.
Please suggest a solution for it.
