i am finding it difficult to make calls to the customer care. i can
dial the number to make the initial call but when the IVR wants me to
dial a particular digit, i am unable to locate the on-screen dialpad
to enter the required digit. please suggest a way out from this
problem.
Hey there, thanks for your email. Actually tap on the center and flick
you'll get to dial pad click on that you should be able to type use
speakerphone or headset.

install the auto speaker from the play stor
it helps u to put calls on loud speaker when the phone goes from the eares
then dile the customer care number
when the call gets started, keep phone neare to your face or some distance
and, swipe the screen, when the talkback says keypad putton, just
