Yes you have to download it from the play store, enable it through language
input settings and set it as the default keyboard. While you are in an edit box
volume key would only navigate inside the edit field.

Hi even google keyboard has the option for navigating with volume control But
it never worked for me till JB 4.1. Have heard that it works reliably in
kitKat 4.4.

Yes you're right, it works in kitkat without any problem. You can use your
