1 method i follow is that i tell my what'sapp buddies to send me a
voice message followed by the image which needs to be described. See
if it works for your friends. Other than that, i really don't think
there is any way to know what the image is all about.

access the images
but, if u got image with the text, u may use some o c r softwares to
extract the text from the immages
