Actually Samsung phones are accessible however, I suggest you get Google phones because you'll get all the updates and better accessibility, we are not sure about Samsung phones. My suggestion would be to go with Nexus five or Moto E or else Moto E. I don't know what the Samsung model numbers within 10,000 range. I'm still suggesting for better recommendation.
