since today evening, talk back is behaving differently in my samson
galaxy chat B5330 device.
when I nevigate either in home screan or inny application, talk back
runs so heavy that I can't able to nevigate particular application or
home screan with touch pad. wile nevigating, more
update your talkback from the play store. try to ascertain whether you
are having this problem after installing some app. if so remove that app
and see.

If Aruni's suggestion does not work, try removing the battery for sometime
and reboot.
