Hi Austin, there should be a multi-sim device settings under settings.
check whether sim 2 is unchecked. if it is not, I suspect there may be a
problem with the hardware.

I would like to know about my Huawei 8825 with talkback.I have a big
problem with talkback.At incoming and outgoing call,phone browser stopped
unfortunately but talkback is working.I think my process looks like your

Hi all I have 2 sims inmy galaxy y pro duos I can make and get calls from
sim 1 but can't get calls on sim 2 it shows sim 2 as switched off how can I
get calls from boath sims?
