Hi,
Do the following.
1. go to phone then take more options and then select call history.
2. locate that number which you want to save.
3. swipe right, you should hear "creat contact for the number".
4. Just tap on that and then you should be good to go.

& few days back only I had updated my talk back. I want to know how
can we save any unknown number in our phone. I am unable to save it.
There is no such option of adding number in contact detail. Please let
