I do agree that sairbeen is of 21mb, but any member may be given
responsibility to upload the file after reducing its size by
compressing its bits rate. By this way the size of the file may be
reduced upto 1/4th of its original size.

hi friends, currently its not possible to upload BBC Urdu. because
there is only 1 show of BBC Urdu, that is sairbeen. and file size is
around 21mb. whats app permits only 15mb.
