Just to reitterate, the Gramularity is known as “Navigation setting” in latest Talkback. One can set swipe up/down for moving to previous/next navigation setting in Talkback settings>Manage Gestures. Now, when you swipe up/down, you’ll be able to change the navigation behaviour to Carachter,

Dear Raju, In order to move by carechter, word, line, or Paragraph, first, you would need to set the gramularity to the desired option. I’ve tested this and works fine on my MotoG2 with LP 5.02 with TB 4.4 Beta1. On another note, you might find this interesting:
