recently i also came across the same problem the talk back says
whatsapp on top hike on bottom .
please share if you have already solved this issue.

talkback says something like google now on top, phone on botem.
also how do we do that multiwindow thing in which we can open i think
2 apps at the same time on the screen 1 up and 1 dow
