No need to use the older version of TB. Rather, you have to install Hindi
voice again. That's all you have to do. It will start working again as

Vivek: You can uninstall the Google TTS update. Go to Settings Apps and
double tap Google TTS. In the next screen, you will find Uninstall update.
You may also want to turn off automatic updates in Play
