If you are still open for the suggestions, my advice would be not to purchase android phone. Instead go for iPhone if you can afford it. any of android phones is not completely accessible, you will have to hunt a lot for making it accessible. I use android since last 2 years, and iPhone since last 5 months, I am quite impressed with iPhones accessibility and equally disappointed with the pace by which android is including accessibility into their platform. They aren't serious at all, it has lots of problems.
