Dear Sir,

Use of Touch screen mobile Phone or devices is not very difficult
except typing. We should go on the forward direction instead going on
older stile of keypad in mobiles. Short cut gestures should be
increased.  tfor better navigation and use.

To handle IVR and other such kind of situations, I use Auto speaker
app. What it does is, when the user take the device away from the ear,
