3) DIBBLEY is ok
fcgid 1.10 (perhaps), apache 2.0.59, php 5.2.4 linux 2.6.18.5

all apaches are compiled with:

./configure --with-layout=Apache --enable-so --enable-mods-shared=all
--enable-nonportable-atomics=yes --enable-ssl=shared --without-berkeley-db
--with-mpm=worker --with-suexec-userdir=/home/www
--with-suexec-docroot=/home/www --enable-suexec --with-suexec-caller=apache

on ARCHIE is more domains than on BAXTER (500 more)
ARCHIE and DIBBLEY have same number of domain
BAXTER can do self restart, but on ARCHIE is needed script which kill
apache if no answer is (killall -9 httpd) and supervise restart apache
(i im using daemontools)
on ARCHIE i have tried downgrade apache to 2.0.61 (and upgrade fcgid to
2.2 was needed (bug apr_shm_remove)) , but it was much more worse
next time i will try on ARCHIE downgrade fcgid to same version as
dibbley (1.10)

regards
Martin Korous
