segmentation fault child pid exit

I know this maybe a known problem, but I do not seem to find any solution. I am running apache 1.3.19, mod_perl 1.26 mod_ssl 2.7.1-1.3.14 mm-1.1.3, openssl-0.9.6, and perl 5.6.1 mod_perl is the new element that I bring in to this combination. And I always get [notice] child pid 5645 exit signal
