Fix t/api/request_rec.t failures on non-Windows platforms

1) Installation via freebsd port system via fooling the port about
distro checksum.
Installed successful on
1) FreeBSD 11.2-STABLE
2) apache-2.4.37
3) perl 5, version 26
Installation via port is made without modifying t/
