1. Problem Description:
Make Test fails with the following
This is the last "ok" line from the output

still waiting for server to warm up:
We set them in Section 2 of the httpd.conf after the DocumentRoot like this:
SetEnv ORACLE_HOME "/opt/home/oracle/product/8.1.7"
