File::TVShow::Organize might be a good idea.
The module does not actually do any analysis of the file content. Also
it supports moving subtitle files since it is only really concerned
with the show-title and Season/Episode information.
Future additions might be a File::TVShow::Rename

I am not sure if the module name is that suitable. Though I think
Video::File::TVShow is a good
