I would like to request for a PAUSE id. As the mail states, my name is

I'd love EDD as an id as I have used this shortcut for about 7 years as
my 'public face

0.18. As I understand the PAUSE documentation, I can't do that unless it is
registered in my name.
DJ is ok with this per prior email, he is CC'ed here just in case.
