Not me, though! I take full responsibility with this failure mode in Mercurial's hgweb. In fact, one of the first things I did when I was trying Mercurial on mod_wsgi (almost a year ago, I think) was fixing up Mercurial to not write to stdout anymore. Obviously, we still don't get it right for the stderr case. Unfortunately, this is a little hard to fix, so I still need to think a little bit more about how I want to do this, in the best possible way. I'm certainly not going to blame you!
