Yes, it doesn't have an enable as such though.
I just tried setting editor_default to 'gui' (and this shows up in SystemInfo)
but has no effect on

running under Safari.
The good news is that it works fine with Firefox.

(and it works).
The text edit page does not have a "GUI mode" button either.
