MigratingToGitHub - MoinMoin and on #moin-dev about a year ago. Then it seemed
most GSOC students were more familiar with GIT and Github than hg and Bitbucket.
Personally, hg and Bitbucket seem OK, except I wish Bitbucket would fix the
layout of their bug tracker to show a wider title.

But, if the browser and server are running on the same PC, you should just use
"./m run" and access via 127.0.0.1:8080.
