Hello,
I have a MoinMoin wiki that has been running for a year. At a guess,
we have 50 real users and 200 spam users, who mostly seem to spam the
wiki with Chinese spam, I have added some acl to key pages, but does
anyone know a way I can mass delete the spam users?
I do know Python so am happy

If you have your site on a Linux server, you can delete users in bulk
by logging on in Terminal and using a find command with grep and
-delete. I was deleting hundreds of users this way, but have since
retired the

Thanks, yeah I figured out it was plain text storage, I then sorted it
out with a little Python
I'm starting to see a bunch of errors but only from an IP belonging to
search.live.com (msnbot).
The apache hit:
GET /WikiSandkasten HTTP/1.0 500 10403 - msnbot/1.0
(+http://search.msn.com/msnbot.htm) (deflated -%)
