Attached is a newer version of that library in a compacted file, just uncompact: tar -jxf Mono.GetOptions.tar.bz2 and install (as root) to the GAC with gacutil, like this: gacutil /i Mono.GetOptions.dll /f /gacdir /usr/lib /root /usr/lib /package 1.0 It is also corrected in SVN if you prefer.
Note that anyway mbas will just think /debug:full or I /debug:pdbonly are the same as /debug.
