How do I get an account on mono-project.com? Even though this page says
that you can Create an account, there doesn't seem to be any means to
do so.

Due to some important bug fixes that we want included in Mono 2.4.2,
we will be postponing the branching for 1 week to June 8th.
Please us the extra time to back port important fixes and to get the
branch build unit tests green.

The bug is not closed, so no, it doesn't look like a fix has been
applied to either trunk or the mono 2.4.2 branch.
