The former site of mono was shown with the same setup. Maybe there is a
strange behavior of proxy server ISA which is not controlled by me. In
fact, the html is not blank but with blank body (see below).

Alternatively there is a bug in the version if IE you are using - it is
fine with IE 6.0.2800.1106 and a quick check of the page in the w3c
validator shows no show stopping problems.

Ergo, every piece of software can be reduced to a single
instruction, which won't work.
