0.24-1 needs a new boost, which will hit testing later today. The
current monotone version will migrate to testing at the same time.

Hi all,
Thanks for Monotone. I just noticed that I can add
keys to my mtn db without a password. I was just
wondering, why that is allowed when it seemed like
just about anything else about mtn is about security.
I guess I am just thinking of a possibly breach where
by someone who is not
I'm experimenting with the read-permissions file running pull
against a server and finding the resulting behavior surprising. As
this file format is relatively new to monotone, searching for
documentation and examples has brought little help.
