Got the same problem, fixed it by disabling the keyboard options in the
Settings screen.
Version info: MD 2.4.2 / MT 4.0.4.1 (eval) / iOS 4.3 / Xcode 3 / OSX Lion

This started happening like one week only when i try to enter some text with
macbooks keyboard.
now it started happening whenever i try to use simulators keyboard...
