Morning everyone, I have enjoyed reading some early opinions on The Departed and am extremely excited about seeing it myself tomorrow. I will post my thoughts afterwards if anyone is interested. I am a little concerned that Nicholson's work might spoil the rest of the film for me however.

Mike! I couldn't agree with you more. My thoughts exactly. I think it's why I slowly just drifted away from anything standard from Hollywood and got far further into enjoying foreign fare where acting can still be an art and people see directors and writers and others as the true force
