[MOPO] Questions about Heritage Sunday auctions

I was perusing the Heritage Sunday auctions for the first time in a very long time, and I noticed that while some of the lots say No Reserve, other of the lots have a Status listed as Consignor Has Not Yet Submitted a Reserve (which then changes to Reserve On This Lot Not Yet Posted). Questions:

If you click on status- It states that the consignor's opportunity to submit a reserve has lapsed. At this point if the consignor does not submit a reserve then the item will sell without one. However, if the consignor submits a reserve after the deadline and it does not sell,
