Interesting enough, Ken Maynard looks entirely different on the 3-sheet and the
1-sheet for WHEELS OF DESTINY. There is too much graphics on your image for a
3-sheet, so I am fairly sure this is part of a larger poster.

the other two characters on the poster could be Dorothy Dix and Philo
McCullough. If that is so, this would be a poster for WHEELS OF DESTINY from
1934.
This is no more than a halfways educated guess, though.
