My Dad was a Heinlein fan, and he had a shelf full, I borrowed THE MOON IS A HARSH MISTRESS one day as a kid and sat down and didnt stop 'til I had finished, first SF book I ever read. I read all he had straight away, then was hooked. I like Asmimov a lot myself, his robot books are superb.
