Give free education to all that want to be part offer incentives to schoolkids in te form or cash rewards for skills and credits that will allow them to buy tech supplies.. set of Business the kids can Run as a business so they can develope products, art, moviesand all. the emphasis on sports alone and offering Huge money for basically a athletic performance aside from entertainment and some inspiration to excell does little in the real world job market...
