September 23 to 25, from what I can tell. A couple of years ago the festival
was having financial difficulties and I think the solution they arrived at was
to move the show to the fall.

Yes, it's moved to the fall. A few years ago the venue was needed for large
scale vaccination with the swine flu scare and then they moved it to the fall.
They stuck on September from then.
