Dear morphometricians. I have a nice collection of plastral designs for Testudo hermanni hermanni. They have been processed with SHAPE in order to obtaing harmonic coefficients (for Elliptical Fourier analysis). It was not the initial objectve of the study (which was the form differentiation according to geographical origins), but now we thonk it could be a good idea to study bilateral symmetries between rght and left designs. Now iswhen it arises my problem: any idea how to process this kind of data? Any answer will be well received!
