Hi Grace, I provided a general overview of freely available software for geometric morphometric analyses in a recent publication ( https://www.researchgate.net/publication/313498021_PATTERNS_AND_PROCESSES_IN_MORPHOSPACE_GEOMETRIC_MORPHOMETRICS_OF_THREE-DIMENSIONAL_OBJECTS ).
The paper focuses on GMM in general with a focus on freely available software. As of the time of publication submission (Fall 2016), all of the links provided in the paper and their corresponding downloads, were functioning properly. I haven't checked to see if any links or files have broken in the mean time, but there certainly are (many!) other options available if Landmark is not doing what you'd like it to do.
