[MORPHMET] combining 3D datasets

Hi all,

I have 3D landmark data from two different views (lateral and ventral) of
some rodent skulls. I would like to append these data, based on the 4
landmarks they have in common.

Could someone give me leads on the best software for doing this kind of
manipulation?
