Hi Nelly, in your CSV file you need to use record identifiers that will 
allow you to break apart the samples the way you want.  I recently did a 
project where I used the following:

rme0031
rme0201
rme0032
rme0202
etc, there were about 50 of these subjects/timepoints.  

The subject is identified as 003, 020, etc and the timepoint we added as 
the final digit, 1 or 2.

When using the Extract Classifier from ID string you'd specify the 
characters (from the left, subject starts as character 4-6) and timepoint 
would start and end at character 7.
