Hi,
I have a dataset with combined landmarks and semilandmarks (which are very
necessary in this data). I have slided and superimposed the semilandmarks
in tpsRelw. Now I want to do some analyses in MorphoJ, and I know this
software does not support semilandmarks...but is it correct to do the
sliding in another program and then import the aligned specimens file to
MorphoJ? One problem I think is that in order to do anything you have to
perform a new Procrustes fit and I don't know if that will revert the
sliding done in tpsRelw... Any advice on this?
Thanks!
