I have never used MorphoJ, please excuse my noob questions. I have a data set CSV file created by Matlab. The data is made from outlines of the optic discs (basically an ellipse) of 900 subjects. I can import it into MorphJ but when I try to perform the Procrustes fit, MorphoJ just hangs. I don't get any error message so it is difficult for me to figure out what I am doing wrong. Can any one tell me how to clean up my data so that I can do a fit on it?
