I have built scaled photogrammetric models of crania with Agisoft, which I want to use for GM analysis. But when I open these in Stratovan Checkpoint and begin placing landmark points, the scale is wrong -- length measurements on the models are around half what they should be. I suspect the problem is that I am not exporting the model in a format that maintains the scale (I have been using ply files). Any suggestions about what to do about this? Ideally, I'd like to create a model that opens in Checkpoint correctly scaled and in color. My ply files do the latter.
