Hello Andrea,
last year we published a paper using landmark-based measurements on mouse brain MRI, and we have included a section on repeatability and error.

Barbeito-Andrés J, Bernal V, Gonzalez PN. (2016).Morphological asymmetries of mouse brain assessed by geometric morphometric analysis of MRI data. Magnetic Resonance Imaging 34: 980-989.doi.org/10.1016/j.mri.2016.04.006

Hope it helps!
Jimena

Dear All,
I'd greatly appreciate references on measurement error in landmarks from MRI data. It does not matter if it's 2D or 3D as long as it is specific to MRI.

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Andrea
