[Moses-support] Slow downloads for CCaligned data sets on statmt.org

Dear all Downloads from http://www.statmt.org/cc-aligned/ are currently very slow (a file of 1GB takes hours). We checked from different European countries and on different machines. Is there anyone I can contact regarding this problem? Is this slow
