I saw a Northern Hawk-Owl alongside County Road 7 in Chisago County about 5:30pm this evening (Sat 1/29). A local farmer said that he had also seen this owl in the same location the previous evening. The bird was about 1.7 miles west of the point where County Road 7 crosses over Highway 35.
