A late afternoon exercise walk and home-renovation escape, yielded
some migrant sightings, along with the usual:
Orange-crowned warbler, Tennessee warbler, several Nashvilles, several
Yellow-rumps, RC kinglet, Red-Eyed vireo, Philadelphia vireo,
White-throated sparrows, and one probable Connecticut

Hello,
On my way into work this morning (7:50am) I saw the Black-headed Gull on the
fishing pier at "The Grade" on the north end of Big Spirit Lake. It was
with about 20 Ring-billed Gulls and a single Franklin's. The red/orange
legs and bill were very easy to see in the morning sunlight.

Am having a nice warbler wave coming through my forest right now. A
Brown Creeper has joined them. I have at least numerous Nashvilles
and Palm Warblers but am actually trying to get some work done and
only look at the birds who present themselves for my immediate ID.

Ok, with this morning's fallout of birds I have a Junco in the yard and a
White-throated Sparrow..
