Out about on this gorgeous late winter day, we actually didn't see that many birds, but the best bird of the day was: *Hooded Merganser* -FOY pair at Red Rock Road in extreme Southeastern Ramsey County. Saw 7 Bald Eagles kettling over the Mississippi River at Lower Afton Rd. this morning.
